We have a strong programme delivery approach, and our internal systems allow full integration of the team, allowing our surveyors the flexibility of being able to be based around the country, but being supported by our office team in Stratford-on-Avon.
This allows our surveyors to focus on delivering their expertise on our clients’ projects and our office team ensure that documents are issued in a timely manner and our clients programme management teams and systems are kept full updated.
The team have worked on many time critical projects, such as terrestrial television digital switch over, which had Government mandated deadlines that were immoveable, and over the switch over period of 4 years, every single site (around 1,500) was delivered on time. To be able to do this, the team have to adopt a flexible and open-minded approach to dealing with both the overall programme delivery and identifying and targeting outliers and problem projects. When a challenge or problem is identified, the combined experience and a willingness of the team look to implement innovative solutions that unlocks the issue before they become time critical to the delivery of the overall programme. When delivering new programmes of work, we will actively engage with our clients to ensure that we all fully understand the scope, the required/expected outcome and delivery timescales. We are able to either deliver to defined scopes, or help our clients define the scope. We can also provide bid support services to our clients with a number of our team being experienced in successful bids to Government and large corporate procurement exercises.
